Grant Approval Process:

• Complete Grant Request Form below

• Come to a PTSA meeting to elaborate on your request, if needed (contact PTSA president if you want to do this)

• Approval contingent on benefit to students, amount of request and available PTSA funds, availability of funding from other sources, past grants awarded, and grants requested by others

• You will be notified in writing of the Board’s decision after the PTSA meeting
